A multifamily structure north of the river suffered a sprinkler line issue from cold weather, which affected all four floors of the building. HarenLaughlin Restoration was on site within 45 minutes. Water was trapped between stairwell walls and individual units which included fire walls. It was thought that a gut of many unit interior walls around kitchens was required, but HarenLaughlin Restoration used E-Tes and the Injectidry system to remove trapped moisture and was able to dry the walls from the hallway side to prevent demolition. As a result, the customer was able to retain 100% of their tenants. The total of this project, including reconstruction was approximately $50,000.
