Fire Damage Car Wash

Reconstruction

HarenLaughlin Restoration was called in to assess a carwash that had suffered a fire.  Once involved in the project, HarenLaughlin Restoration was tasked with demolishing the structure and providing the design drawings to satisfy current code and re-building the car wash itself.  In order to bring the original structure up to current code all new site utilities were required in the form of several underground tanks to meet Johnson County Wastewater requirements.  This $500K project includes demolition of the structure itself, site demolition, underground utilities, new site work to include concrete, asphalt, and landscaping, as well asre-building the car wash which entails structural masonry walls with a steel roof structure and TPO roof.
